Tried to submit a legitimate claim and, unless you file it within 30 days , denied denied denied. Scam company don’t fall for it.

Verified my plan information then says “your 3 year protection plan was canceled contact the store you purchased from” how is a PRE PAID plan canceled………..

A rather handy app. Allowed me to communicate directly with them and upload the pics and info they needed, no phone calls, no emails... no wasted time. The stain solver is great too, helped me remove a stain from another piece of furniture.

I loved the stain solver tools, earlier I spilled some coffee on my sofa so I went on the app and told me exactly what I needed. I ordered the recommended product and low and behold my sofa looks brand new. Great app!

So everytime I click on my claim is just wiped out and goes off the app and I'm trying to do a claim and it's literally saying sending claim for about 20 minutes now!

I recently had to make a claim for a warranty I had on a sofa and the customer service rep at Uniters recommended this app to help the process. My claim was handled fast and the app made it very easy to provide all the information! Thanks!

It took 2 months to get someone out to repair a tear in my sofa, the tech showed up thinking he was just going to sew it, even though I submitted a picture with the claim. Now another 8-12 weeks and they are shipping parts to me then ill need to go through the process again of scheduling a repair tech. Can't believe Macy's uses this company.
