You receive worthless crap for the money you spend on items. Money spent on crates will give you the weakest lieutenants possible. They say there is a 5 percent chance to receive a top tier lieutenant. Not true. Not even close to 5%. Money spent on scratchers also net you worthless crap. Their in game ads lead you to believe you have a chance at great items. Posted drop rates for special items, special abilities are not accurate. Do yourself a favor and spend your money on a game that actually give something of value for your money. This game is a total ripoff. I’ve contacted their customer support. I’ve pointed out items that has posted a 7 percent drop rate, but hasn’t dropped a single item in months. Their response is always “it’s a random chance”. Since I’m getting a zero drop rate there must be a really lucky player out there that is getting all the items. I haven’t found him yet. All of the other players I talked to have a similar experience to mine.

It’s a really fun game when you get into it. Don’t spend money because the rolls are so messed up!! These people do not care about you they will just take your money.

So far haven’t had to spend a dime on this game! It may seem boring, but if you get into an empire it is much better and gives you more to do than sit and play the story all the time.

It's a really good game in fact Maybe the best game I just wish they gave better rewards for people who actually spend money ＰＩＳＳＥＤ-ＯＦＦ♨️® Oh yeah you guys should do more surveys

Big disappointment

I've been playing this game going on 5 years now. The original owners were very good at running events and customer support. Ever since owner ship has changed hands the game has gone straight to junk. The developers constantly start new events that require cash play. And even when the fan base gives them cash they don't use it to fix any of the on going issues. Complete waste of invested cash and time. Pass this one by.

Was quite fun years ago. Uninstalling it today. Ownership has changed and the game has become a money grab with no value for spend. If you plan on spending 10k a month you could get somewhere, but you would still need to illegally buy an account with the necessary lieutenants to be a top player as there is no way to get them in play today. But don't worry, the precedence has already been set. If you are a big spender you can ignore the TOS and buy an account with impunity. However, if you don't spend $$$ be prepared to have that account suspended.
