Not Worth It
Hacked Acct
So I have been playing this game a while now, almost 2 years, and in that time I have seen multiple cheating scandals, buggy code, lag in game play and worst of all poor security. I had liked the concept of the game, but Phoenix Age (now Kablam) has horrible player response customer service. I have seen accounts get hacked and they will do nothing to fix it. Whole accounts have been dismantled, and it's too easy for malicious players to gain access to your account. My suggestion if you want to play is keep it free-play. Don't risk any in-app purchases. Your account isn't safe and I have seen too many accounts get hacked and not fixed. Overall, it's a good game concept, but due to poor coding and security it's not worth spending any money here. I really do enjoy this app I have thought about the world of gangsters and anything related. Gave me an insight on some things and not only that have saved close to 20 million in the bank so that is going well and hoping to get to 500 million in the future. Thanks for the experience Phoenix age. But I would also like to ask if we can transfer money to our team members or allies if that will be available in the future.
Fix the matchmaking

I love the game. It's great. Really, it is. Quite addicting. There is only one problem in my honest opinion and it needs to be fixed immediately. You devs obviously don't play the game, because if you did you would see the very obvious skill gap in EvE matchmaking. I'm all for a challenge and don't mind working a little for a win. What I do mind is my Empire is constantly paired against veteran teams who have similar win/loss records but have way more matches played, so they have way more upgrades that give them a guaranteed win. This is not me being a sore loser because I enjoy a challenge and do not mind losing. I do not like when there is no chance to win whatsoever and this happens at least twice as day that we are paired against teams that have been around for 2-3 years whereas we are a brand new Empire with a handful of upgrades. And we are forced up against players who just run right through us without any trouble at all. I was going to drop a couple hundred in the game because it really is fun but not until this awful matchmaking problem is fixed.
