Do yourself a favor and if you have money to burn do it on another game. I played for 3 years and while it’s fun, it’s very frustrating to spend $100 on a VIP pack and roll crates to only get common lieutenants that I can farm myself with energy. You want to make people happy and continue playing your crappy game. Here’s an idea, remove common and uncommon lieutenants from crate rolls and be guaranteed a rare or epic for the money I’ve spent. It’s horse crap and down right a rip off getting common lts when I just spent $100.

I love this game it's a team work game and a strategy game I like to see the different classes you can be and i like the competitive part of it too

This has turned in to trash. First let me just say that no matter how much money you spend on it doing craft roll you’ll always end up with the same LT the weakest one second once reach serten level those high level payers come after you. Third the battle list is full of players that are not even near your level. For example if you are level 500 and you go to the battle list you’ll see all high level players. And finally the customer service is garbage they don’t even help at all.

It’s tough and takes a long time to get good. A lot more strategy is involved than it appears at first play. I’ve played for 5 years daily and can’t stop. If you are looking for a simple easy quick game. This isn’t for you.

It would easily cost a new player hundreds of thousands of dollars to be relevant. For example, it costs 300 dollars to get an event lieutenant. The developers gave up fixing bugs a long time ago, in favor of rolling out poorly conceived features designed to extract money from the dwindling player pool. The majority of players you will encounter are no longer active. What is left are mostly online bullies eager to find someone to harass. In addition homophobia, sexism, racism, and general bullying are on full display in the “world chat” and your DMs. In short the developers are only interested in money and the existing player base dominated by jerks that have toons a new player can’t compete against without spending insane amounts of money.

I have played this game for over 3 years they are stingy with everything. If you pay you will get nothing but low level lieutenants and crap. I get percentages but in this game only the house wins. Wasting everyone’s cash. Be fair and it would be great.
