Needs update to work on new iPhone X with 11.1 software. App auto crashes. Tried uninstall and reinstall. Restart phone and no fix

Admin support is nonexistent, no customer support either. Also, be ready to be lied to by any support to might receive. I played since 2013.. Was a good game until game rules started to be applied arbitrarily, noticed those who knew admin's were allowed to do things others were punished for. Game was wonderful until 2 years ago.
Keep crashing on iOS 6.1.3
Cheer-upper
The apps just crashes on loading. I tried rebooting my ipad (home+power buttons) several times and it didn't solve the problem. Disappointed!
Deleting accounts

Gaea just deleted a lot of accounts without previous warning. Many players lost their toons and we have no explanation in game or UE forums. Hundreds hours wasted, just gone, and we don’t have any clue WHY it happened!?

Lost all my data

Completely lost all the data of my game when my iPad died. After I got a new one and transferred all my apps this game started me over at level 1. I was at level 250 and it took more than a year of grinding to get there. No way am I going back to level 1. It’s been fun but I’m deleting this game.

Stay away unless you have a ton of money to burn on an app that’s finally dying out due to the greed of the devs. Game only caters to the top spenders and trust us some spend tens of thousands on events that used to be quarterly but now seem to be monthly. Save your money for something worthy in life!!!
