While I must agree on the money grab bias toward this game, and the not listening to player complaints and ideas. Most who play still have faith in game making a 180 and returning to its golden age.
Money hungry

Devs make it impossible for lower level toons to even compete with the cheaters and hackers in this game in some cases having 4-5 people sharing one toon. I’ve dumped thousands of dollars on this game Stupid me. How 5 people get access to one toon is beyond me

New Review The Devs are no doubt money hungry. They (Devs) have had events during the holidays and in order for you to have more favor points and beat people, you’ll need to spend more money. This is observed. This game has changed a lot from when I first started. Now, it’s just a waste of space on your phone and time from real life. Don’t play this game. Earlier review What a waste. I don't play anymore and I'm happy I stopped. Eventually you'll spend a lot of money and get nothing out of it. They (admin) refuses to listen to the players and other players have no respect to anyone else. I recommend not to play this game or quit it if you're playing. Trust me you'll do a lot more with the money you're spending if you save it.
Game has grown stale

I really enjoyed for about 6 months but it’s grown stale. The boss battles are pretty unimaginative. Empire vs. Empire is fun until you get to the legend tier and you’re facing an empire that spent enough money to fund a minor league baseball team. Still fun, but I don’t play nearly as much and have no desire to spend any money.

I really enjoy it, and the fact that they aren't trying to take my money(real) every two seconds. Great game!
Terrible customer service

When you file a bug report they rarely reply. Most times they send an automated email saying they closed the ticket before they ever address the bug originally reported. **** Europe just ruled games like this are technically GAMBLING games since you don’t know what you’re getting when you spend money, it’s a game of chance to get the best rewards which have really low payout. Do not let kids GAMBLE on their phones.
