Treat their customers poorly – Underworld Empire Review

You receive worthless crap for the money you spend on items. Money spent on crates will give you the weakest lieutenants possible. They say there is a 5 percent chance to receive a top tier lieutenant. Not true. Not even close to 5%. Money spent on scratchers also net you worthless crap. Their in game ads lead you to believe you have a chance at great items. Posted drop rates for special items, special abilities are not accurate. Do yourself a favor and spend your money on a game that actually give something of value for your money.
