Improved graphics and more elegant and larger dominion in overall. What happened to the dominion?? The graphics seem improved and the dominion stronghold did looks even better... HOWEVER, I remember I could drag some miniature figures into water, and see them walking alone the streets in my dominion. Now these cool features had gone. Fix it pls!

The game throws me out every time and now after the new update I can’t enter the game I’m stuck at loading screen then the game throws me out

The game is fun. I enjoy playing and doing events. However, the abysmal customer service and neglect of their customers makes JoyCity a dreadful developer to work with. Rarely are problems resolved in a timely manner, if at all. Accounts are completely lost with little more than a form email informing the player they have received their issue ticket. No resolution and no reparations to the customer. Updates are consistently glitchy and are usually followed by one or more smaller updates. Accounts are often difficult to get into, and again, rarely addressed in a timely matter. The game is seriously skewed in favor of players who spend a lot of money in the game. Gaining advantages by paying for packages is understandable and expected, but it is not okay to ignore and neglect legitimate players simply because they don’t spend as much money as others. Overall, I really enjoy the game, but the developers seriously need to re-examine their customer service policies.

When I started playing the game it was amazing and easy to grow. Eventually that changed! Greed became the main point and the game has continually become less enjoyable to play. Bigs hit the littles and pvp is all about who has the most alts to farm. Not worth sharing the game with friends just so they can be robbed. Like UO and GOW they just don’t know how to leave a good game alone! On its way out!

What happened!? Doesn’t update

I don’t know what happened but, this game no longer works. It just can’t update/load past 79%. Very unhappy.

I have been playing the game for more than two years. Virtually, every time, I submit a concern, I get the form letter back expecting screenshots and provide more information. It took over six months before the game could be synced to an Android phone. It took more than six months for my players name to be changed and the tech had to make the change and a new email had to be provided. Frequently, the notifications for being attacked are not working, lately, completed quests are not being recorded and occasionally, troops are being attacked when under a peace shield. Each inquiry gets the same response. Provide screenshots. Since I don’t take a screenshot of every action, I take in the game, absolutely nothing happens. I enjoy the game but the service is lousy.

Do yourself a favor, play something else Cost to much to get resources, they are simply not available without getting crushed by higher level players.the higher level players attack you as soon as your shield drops, any gear your wearing can be stolen by the attacker, your gear is lost at that point! Unless you are spending to be one of the top three don’t bother with this game. Glitches keep your shield from being effective.
