Connection issues

Hello, So after the update I can no longer use the app. It kicks me off for "unable to connect to server". Please please fix this. I love this app and don't want to lose it. Thanks

Just started yesterday, Game went down for service maintenance. Today I cannot log into game. The game asks me to update the game, but there is no update to the game. I cannot get past 79 percent on startup screen. Would like a refund for the money I spent .

Good game design with ways to enjoy it without having to spend money. That being said, it would be nice to make it easier to change our character picture without having to spend money. Adding short periods of contest or tournament would enhance the game features. Onto the next comment. How long is it going to take for game to be up and running again after this latest iOS and game updates? Really getting annoyed with the loops of “need to update game messages when there’s no update available shown in the App Store”.

I’ve been playing games for more than 40 years I was in the game business for over 15 years it’s so disappointing when they spend that much time making a game and so little time on gameplay. It is Udderly ridiculous that every time you come back to the game you are on fire. The fact that you can be attacked when you’re not even in the game that is a ridiculous money grabbing, money making ploy to try to get you to buy protection or keep you locked in the game by having a peace shield on at all times even when you’re out of the game. it shouldn’t continue to play and deplete your resources and defenses.but the biggest problem I have was with this new upgrade I’ve been playing this game faithfully for two months without spending a dime. I have worked hard to build my fort up to defend it properly and then the update just wiped out everything I had. it was on an iPad and it wouldn’t let me upgrade and you can’t save the game so I tried to reload the game and of course everything I had worked for is gone. I’m out on the game, and I’m out on the company it’s ridiculous! do not waste your time.

Dear Joycity, You would get a lot more engagement out of me if my iPhone was able to find the same game account that is running on my iPad. As it stands, I can only play when at home.

The game was perfect before this stupid update. Monsters are hard to kill and you are constantly training troops because they are always disappearing. Waste of time.

All they want is your money. Just keeps getting worse with every update. I didn’t mind spending, but being absolutely forced to spend in order to stay competitive? Pass. I’ll find a new game. Thanks...

The new hunting system is horrible I hate it change the hunting system back to the old one plz because now I need to research that though I’ve already done that creature !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…!!…!…!…!…!…!…!!……!…!…!!…
