Started fun but has become a disaster

Don’t bother. JoyCity is a disaster and can’t respond appropriately. Every update is all about them getting money and driving out players. I have played multiple games including Game of War, Mobile Strike, War and Order, Ocean Wars, etc and like these others the developers are ruining what could have been a good game. The game is glitchy. Every opportunity that players have to advance they delete. They want to ensure that you have to pay for everything. They have even run players with good accounts off who have spent 5-10k because of disputes. They lock their accounts and blackmail them to pay 1-5k to open their accounts back up. If this company were in the US they would be facing federal charges. They hide in Korea so that they are exempt.
I am waiting two weeks!!!!

Don’t get this game. They left me and two alliance members stranded for two weeks, constantly delaying a fix for us and stealing your money. I was patient and waiting but still no response, no compensation, no nothing. I worked hard to get to level 31. It took me over a year. I spent lots of money. They don’t care. Three ships in our alliance are stuck, unshielded, with ships missing! I’m so disgusted, I am getting physically sick and so upset. I reported it to Apple but I’m going to report them again! Totally terrible! Trust me! They did nothing! Don’t get any games from Joycity! They steal your money and just don’t care about your account! Thieves! They are thieves.

I’ve been playing for about 5 months, and the game is a lot of fun. However, I would say DO NOT invest your money in it. 4 of my alliance members have not been able to shield for over ten days. They have complained and no resolution has been offered to them. They have invested money in the game and the developers do not seem to care, they told them to give them 8 days to resolve it, the 8 days passed and not even a message to update them was given. It is very discouraging to invest your money in a game and not be able to play.

I’ve just started playing this after playing tides of war, it’s taking some getting used to, but my biggest problem with the game is that there’s no way to get certain things, like the items you use for crafting. I’m stuck on a quest that requires me to craft a helmet but I don’t have enough items to do so. Monster hunting seems pointless as you only get a few xp and MAYBE some silver. It’s made it really hard to get a good start on this game

In the beginning the game was great fun to play. I played the game for a long time. There were several major updates and with each update the game got worse and worse. If you are thinking about starting to play this game I would strongly recommend that you do not and save your time and money.
Cash grab

Hello, Recently the game has become too much of a "cash grab". It is impossible to get equipment (or anything) from hunting rewards. The game is no longer fun due to never being able to level up my character. Please fix this or you will lose players
Definitely a struggle

Been going here for about a year. It amazes me there are no restrictions on a lvl 32 player to smash me and pull all my resources. There should be a limit. Some of the active buildings are dumb. Craft? But the treasures you find in game are better so what is the point in spending all ur resources in crafting? On a positive note. The game is entertaining and keeps me building in order to catch up with the heavy hitters
Why the constant upgrades in size?

I like the game well enough but due too it’s similarity too another war game by MZ I will not keep playing it. The constant size upgrades are a minor annoyance but will lead too me quitting.
