I’ve purchased 3 items and never received them on top customer support blew me off every time. Very glitchy game; out of all the times I wrote to support about glitches only 1 time someone responded. To sum it up Poor support, poor service, glitchy game, thieves. I would never recommend it.... I’ll keep the game on my device to update everyone every time a update comes out. Portcuba

This game used to be fun and actually gave the player who didn’t want to, or couldn’t afford to, spend a ridiculous amount of money on it a chance to still compete and play the game. Now it has turned into a money grabbing, lag filled app that constantly crashes. Blatant exceptions/cheating can be witnessed by players of certain countries that don’t have to suffer a peace shield block after hitting dominions far beneath their level. Packs are also known to be cheaper to the same countries. Even as a beginner now you can’t even hunt monsters without expensive research and really don’t have a chance to complete quests without spending. Don’t waste time, energy or cash on installing it.

The game was fine before and I even payed to get a good start. After the update it seems the game has down graded. First off it takes a lot to just be stable in this game. Higher level players pick of lower levels constantly leaving me, a starter, having to constantly use resources to repair ships and get back the troops that I’ve lost during defense. There are really only a couple major ways to get resources which is through Marigold’s quests, hunting and raiding, and through accumulation of alliance gifts. All but one of those you must have ships and troops to achieve which is hard to do when you’re constantly getting attacked and have to put a peach shield every 8 or so hours if you don’t have have a 24 hour one to protect you while you steadily repair your ships. Lately I haven’t even had enough to repair my ships nor gain any troops so I’ve had to spend more money into getting myself out of the hole those higher level players shoved me into. My suggestion is fixing the amount of resources it takes to fix your stuff and the waiting times are crazy. One to two days for your ships to become “un-sunk.” Its a real struggle after this new update.

Brilliant design, but too many bugs. Purchases not honored, response from developer so far is nothing more than canned message after 48 hours. Tried to purchase twice, automated Apple refund won’t acknowledge refund for same item twice! Almost a week, nothing but canned response. Charged twice, got a rebate on 1 from Apple. Very disappointing!

The Alliance WAY makes it so you can't get ahead!

If you haven't played yet be wary. Even at level 12 that one alliance will still attack you when they are lvl 30. They kick you off resource islands n if your shield is down for 5 mins you have 3 right on you n you're smoked. It's not really fun when you got no shot to get head. The update with monsters is also really bad. I like the old way better. I can never kill one! It takes too long n I run out of stamina. Sad but I think I'm gonna give up the game. It's just not fun anymore.

I recommended do not play this game! This is more depressing than enjoying. Especially right after update u will fight your town get destroy all resources got stolen EVEN THOUGH YOU HAD SHIELDED 8h-24 or 3days shield!! Normally 4g lite would run the game now after update game keep crashing and can't run on 4g lite internet. Hope u carry your router around so u can have wifi especially where u work don't have wifi or you are single live by yourself the Phone is the only internet source and this stupid game keep doing Unexpected maintaining without upon notice. This the first game I ever play that do Maintenance with out notice.

Every time I try to do anything Pk attacks. I never have any resources. I cannot even attack empire troops because Pk is guarding them. They are much higher level, which should have penalty, but when the penalty is to remove a shield they don’t need or use anyway, then there is no penalty. I want to play the game. All I do is repairs. Not fun. My entire alliance has left the game because of this problem.

No Update in App Store

I can’t get into the game because I need to update it and I can’t update it because the App Store doesn’t show an update. This is ridiculous. I could get attacked and loose everything because I can’t get the update.

You guys did yet another update and now I am unable to get into the game. The game begins to open and then it tells me I need to do an update however there is no update available on iOS so I am currently locked out !
