Game was great till the did the last big update. Now unless you spend you can’t really build.

Honestly I’ll say what’s been said over and over. The game used to be fun. I will say the graphics are good and the idea of an naval combat game seems well thought out. A few good things come out with updates, but huge bad things happen with them. Monster loot has dropped drastically and more and more and more items come every update. Quest really don’t keep up with items it’s just a fail. As of the last update in June it seems healing is taking longer now I don’t know maybe it’s me.

The Customer Service is Horrible!! The suspended Accounts claiming "Unauthorized Payment Cancellation" but that Never occurred. Accounts suspended till 2028. They admit on Facebook page a Mistake was made. But they will not Respond to Emails. And have not fixed the issue. They have tons of unscheduled maintenance. As well as maintenance that doesn't fix anything. The pay to play is as bad as MOBILE STRIKE!! The game is geared to give Koreans a edge (says so in the description) Do Not Download this app. Do Not waste your time!

Game used to be really fun until joy city decided money was more important than quality. The recent downloads have seriously degraded play and new players cannot be competitive without purchase. Their current ploy is to list items as included in their packets for purchase when said items are only available as a random chance.

I got my second account from my friend and after two week of using the second account. joy city suspended my account for next 10 yrs reason was illegitimate refunds i asked them for proof of those refunds which they denying to provide ... how the hell do i know if they are telling the truth anyway in order for me to recover my account they set up a hostage environment and pushing me to buy 702,900 worth of Gold which is 800 US dollar. Me and my friend are not guilty we haven't done any wrong doing on that account. I recommend new player to boycott with joy city and don’t play their games they are big cheaters joy city is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!don't even bother to download their game Thank you for contacting JoyCity Customer Support! I started playing this game in late December 2017. I’ve enjoyed playing except for the game upgrades and server shutdowns. On most occasions, including today I am unable to access my account. It says I must upgrade through the app store but no upgrade is available. Making matters worse Joy does not put a free shield on all player accounts that expires 10 minutes after a player signs in to his/her account. As a result my shield will soon expire resulting in the loss of resources, troops and ships. This is ridiculous as I am prepared to shield but cannot reach my account. If you choose to play be prepared to pay dearly for Joy City’s incompetence.

When I started this game, I was enthusiastic about playing it. After spending way, way too much money on it, the game has become boring. Every time they update, it becomes worse. Complaints are given a standard blah-blah-blah. It’s obvious that the people behind this game are after the money only. You constantly have to keep a peace shield up or be attacked so many times that you are wiped out. This is not for people that have a job or a life. Save your money and time and find a different game.

If you can not afford to spend thousands of dollars, you will be bullied relentlessly in this game. On my server the lead group was Pirates of Kingdom (pk). Once they had enough max level players, they simply destroyed everyone’s bases over and over till we quit playing. Do yourself a favor and don’t download ANY game by this company. Not only are they designed to give you no chance. With every major update you have to fight for hours to get back into your game. Move on, and let this company fall.
