When I had the app installed, the music kept pausing and skipping. After I deleted the app it worked fine. This app is so bad.

Bought three of these Units. A year ago they worked ok. Now, with every update they are useless trash. They always disconnect and the volume is pathetic. Please....do. It this garbage
Speaker Doesn’t connect to App

When I first bought the speaker, it connected to my phone and to the Ultimate Ears app with no issues. When I went to my friends place later that night, I was embarrassed to find that I couldn’t change the sound specs like you’re supposed to in the app. The reason I got the speaker was to change the bass. Guess I shoulda got the JBL Charge 4...
Updated app doesn’t work

Until I updated this app I could work my speaker from my phone. Heck, I could connect my speaker to my phone. Now I can’t access it at all via app.

I would give it zero stars if possible. The app continues to tell me to connect the megaboom 3 even though I am sitting here listening to music through it. The app is useless. Such a great product but lousy app development. I would love to use equalizer if I could only get the app to work. Plus the app drains the device’s battery. I wish I would of read the app’s review before I bought product. Oh well. Back to the store to trade in for another product. So disappointed.

This app won’t see much (any?) use since it only works with Apple Music. Other apps manage to integrate with Waze, Pandora or other apps...but this doesn’t? Well that makes the magic button worthless.

I absolutely love my MegaBoom 3 Speaker! It’s the best! Awesome sound, long battery life, it’s great! However, I can’t stand this App and it’s no where near worthy of such an outstanding speaker. Why does this only work with Apple Music Playlist? Why allow playlist from Spotify, Pandora, iHeart Radio? I don’t use Apple Music, never will. To the developer...do us all a favor and change this to integrate more than just Apple Music! Add Spotify, Pandora, iHeart Radio, etc. Also, more EQ options would be nice.

It used to be a 5 star app but I can no longer use the app to turn on my mega boom 3. It just says “can’t find speaker”. Hopefully this is software and I don’t have to return my speaker

This app used to be good a year or two ago but now its not... too many problems to list. Come on. Get it together UE.. I know y'all see your latest reviews. Fix it and maybe ill download.
