Horrible App

amedd1

So it’s this simple, when I connect my two UE speakers through the app, the connection cuts out every 30 seconds or so. This makes for an infuriating listening experience. When I connect the speakers manually without opening the app, they work great. How can UE as a company let an app software ruin the quality of such great hardware. The UE speakers themselves are excellent, but the app is worse than useless.

Worst App...

Not worth getting the app. When I try to connect, it tells me to get closer to it. All while it’s less then 6” away from the speaker and still doesn’t recognize it.

Useless

illusiveforces

The original app that I downloaded worked okay. The last updated app doesn’t recognize my speaker. I deleted the app, dropped the speaker from my device and started from scratch. I get to the third overlay screen in the app setup and it goes nowhere. “Come back to the app”? What?? Completely useless. I wanted to change some settings and view the battery percentage. Now I can’t. My next Bluetooth speaker purchase will not be made by Logitech.

Won’t connect

the worst

Like other folks here, this app has rendered two of my 3 megabooms useless bc it’s no longer possible to sync them up

Latest update doesn’t work at all

Won’t connect to app

Kyleeeer

So I have to speakers and they use to work fine in the app. Now my mega boom won’t connect to the app. It pairs fine with my phone but the app says speaker unavailable. My mega boom 3 still shows up but now I can’t connect the 2 together. :( I’ve already tried factory reset and reinstalling the app. This is disappointing.

I have no words

worst app2

This is hands down the worst app i have ever used. Out of its two total functions of renaming the speaker and syncing multiple speakers it doesnt do either. Keeps telling me i need to turn the speaker on (which it is). Then after i removed and re downloaded the app i cant get past it telling me to connect to the speaker (which it is). This app is a resounding 0/2. Not sure why it exists.

Not Connecting Well

Andres09ish

At the start, my speakers were connecting alright (1 Megaboom, 1 Megaboom 3), but now every single time I Party Up one of the speakers always gets behind and then speeds up, not to mention the fact that there’s always an issue with one of them always getting scratchy if its not the speed issue. Im tired of it, I would assume the updates would fix it, but it’s done NOTHING.

Lazy

Really sad UE can’t hire programmers to fix this app. It’s pretty trash. Interface is okay and the idea is good but it’s so glitchy. Speakers constantly unpair, some speakers won’t work through the app at all. Almost regret getting a boom. I guess It’s cool to have more than two speakers paired when it seldom works. Hopefully they’ll get their crap together and put effort into fixing it.
