App Not Working on iPhone or iPad with iOS 15.2

Impossible to report a problem with this app. The report a problem assumes you’re having problems with a video. Tried to open app. It opens to a full screen, blank white screen. Same problem on iPhone and iPad mini. Can’t do anything.

I can’t even use the app because when I try creating an account with Sign-In with apple it says “there was a problem logging in please create an account” which is what I was trying to do. ?
App Hasn’t Worked on IPhone in Weeks

It feels like I waste all my money with hundreds of dollars of downloads over the years because I can’t get the app to even boot up for several weeks. What’s the point of all this paid for learning content if you can’t access it? Horrible.
Pauses lectures

Please fix the lecture pausing. Nothing is more annoying than putting the effort to start studying and have the lectures pause. Many users are reporting the same issue.

The online site works well enough but the app just opens to a blank screen usually so not great for learning on-the-go.
Bug was fixed; working just fine now

There used to be a bug where it wouldn’t stay in instructor view if I reopened the app. That’s been fixed, so thanks. It would be really nice for instructor view to have more information, such as analytics, but it’s not usually a big deal to just wait till I can get to a computer to look at all that.
Streaming to external display is terrible.

The application itself when running on a single device is OK, however when trying to cast the course to an AppleTV or other external display, there is a significant issue that has gone unaddressed for years, according to the reviews on the AppleTV app that enables streaming. When streating uDemy courses from my iPad to my AppleTV + large display, whenever I have to pause the course the timeout before my iPad disconnects completely from the AppleTV is extemely short. I have not measure it, but it is 5 mins or less. This in itself would not be such a big issue if the iPad application did not disconnect completely from my Apple TV, requiring me to have to go back through all the motions to re-cast the course. In addition, when this happens, the course on my iPad automatically continues playing despite the fact that I paused the course. This causes me to loose my place in the course as the entire reason to pause a course is to be able to go away from the keyboard without loosing ones position. This makes this application unbearable to use on any casting display. I can tell this problem has been around for years, please fix.

Just did an update and there still is the blank white screen. It’s not launching!!! Please fix! ? UPDATE: To get the app working, I had to delete the app and reinstall. All is well now with the app!??
