App fails to load upon launch

Unable to use the app on my phone. I keep checking back for an update for the fix, but no such luck. The app sits with a white screen when launching and fails to load anything. I’m a big fan of Udemy, but the inability to load the app on my phone so I can watch my courses on the go is incredibly frustrating.

Since I downloaded the app all I get when I try to open it is white page.
The amount increases as soon as I went to pay!

I stumble upon Udemy online courses and decided to pick some courses and checkout. As soon as I hit checkout, the price goes up well beyond 50% to $99. I then Google this and find out that’s just a tactic that Udemy uses since alot of ppl have experienced this too. Crazy. Well..it’s a NO for me smh.

Guess I’ll ask for a refund on my course since this app won’t load and Udemy, a technology company won’t fix it. Uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing.

This app doesn’t open anymore on any of my Apple devices. Tried reinstalling to no avail. Looks like it’s a common issue. Please fix! I’d like my courses back I paid for!

I’ve purchased many courses but haven’t been able to access them for quite some time. I just did an update and now I can’t even get the app to open. Logo turns into a white screen. Tried to contact the developers in support but it won’t let me. Very disappointed.
app unpauses paused videos

You guys gotta fix this Udemy app - it keeps unpausing lectures after I paused them. Here’s what happens exactly: I’ll pause a video in the middle of a lecture. About 1-3 minutes later, the video unpauses all on it’s own. FWIW, it does this with AND without using headphones and earbuds. Please fix this.
