Seems like lately I can’t get anything to load up, all I’m getting is a blank white screen. This is for my iPhone and iPad.
2 annoying issues

2 major issues that slows down my learning: 1) 15sec forward/backward is WAY too long, and it can’t be adjusted in the settings. 2) Screenshots turn out black, so I can’t copy notes to my digital notebook. Otherwise the app is ok.

Same issue as other reviewers, updated the app and now just get a blank white screen. Read developer responses to the issue and the troubleshooting does not fix the issue. Definitely lost confidence in Udemy if after numerous people notifying them of the issue, and it has yet to be fixed 5 days after the broken update was released

Long time instructor on Udemy here, thought maybe I would sign up for somebody else’s course now, forced to update the app and now all I get is a blank white screen. Good job. ??

I bought 2 courses, and began them. Tried to sign in recently, couldn’t, and so I requested multiple password resets to no avail. Deleted app, and reinstalled—same issue. Forget about “contact us” or “support,” it is non- existent. You are sent to dead end link after dead end link. No online chat, no phone numbers. If I did not already pay for my courses, this app would have been deleted. Buyer Beware!

I get a white blank screen whenever I open the app on iPhone or iPad. Needs to be addressed in order to take courses on the go.

Seriously? For a digital company to not get this fixed is outrageous. Blank white screen on iPad. Get it fixed or get a new app developer team..seriously!
