Mobile app streaming so slowly

I like udemy and actively using web version. But mobile app version’s streaming is very slow. And , also i deleted mobile app and retried but same problem!

Constant timeouts and crashes

Constantly crashes, times out, long delays, unresponsive during course playback. I paid for course content which works fine on a desktop PC but this app is just downright awful.

Sometimes course content doesn’t show up on the mobile app. Signing out and back in solves it for a little while. Courses fail to download. The app just says “download canceled”

App doesn’t work properly

I have to close the app and restart it to update course material or start videos. There seems to be some bugs that need to be worked out. Until then I have to use the website and not the app.

You’re better off viewing in a browser. Of the courses I’ve taken, about 2/3 of the videos are missing from course playlists in app, and the ones that are there have a high chance of not playing - making the app mostly useless. This is a real disappointment for a company that touts mobile learning.

Change your player or server cause it doesn’t load properly, so slow. Good application but I can’t see the my course, fix it and I’ll give a five stars...

Can download or stream

I can’t download or stream the courses I bought. Tried on both my iPad Pro and my iPhone X but won’t work. When I try to download course or lecture, it immediately says download cancelled. This was working last week and I haven’t changed anything. Very annoying after just bought a couple courses.

Worst app on the Appstore!!

This app is very inconvenient to use. Offline videos are meant to be watched offline, but when I run the App while I’m not connected to the internet, it starts to lag. Navigating to the course, choosing thr lecture, tapping on full screen-All these are followed by lags. And these lags are too much!! This issue is horrible. You gotta fix this crap

I haven’t been able to download my courses in maybe a year now and watching these classes while traveling was one of the best parts of this app. I don’t know why they won’t roll back their updates because they broke it so long ago and have been ‘working’ on it ever since. When it first broke I could download lessons one at a time. Now every time I try to the download automatically is cancelled. It used to work great years ago.
