Coupon code entry impossible

I use this app to make easy and secure payments. But unfortunately I can not use the coupon codes I have for the courses and ofc I’m not willing to pay 20 times the price of 10 bucks course so I have to wait until you go on a sale. It’s unacceptable. Your app is essentially useless without that feature.

Apple TV app doesn’t work and Airplay/chrome cast needs work

You cannot use this app if you want to stream to a TV. As soon as you leave the app it’ll go into an infinite spin on your TV or will jump back to the beginning of the course. It will also not auto play the next section until you open the app and manually start the next section. On the Apple TV app you can’t even sign in. Every single time you try to sign in it just says unable to sign in it doesn’t matter whether you’re trying to sign in with an email and a password, or if you’re trying to sign in using their easy signing feature. However I was never even able to get the easy sign in feature to work. Please fix these bugs because I am constantly trying to use Udemy on the TV. It is kind of a pain to have to plug my computer in to the TV after running an extension cable all the way across the living room to be able to use the app

Latest update was a downgrade

Now transitioning to the next video without intervention is broken. It makes it to the end of the video and sits on a black screen forever. This was already buggy at times (although a year ago this app was fine) but now it is unbearable. Please fix, ASAP

Not downloading courses on any iOS device

I have Udemy installed on several different iOS devices including an iPhone 7 and iPad mini 5 and an iPad air 2. I have several courses that I purchased and I cannot download content for offline viewing on any of the courses. I have tried uninstalling Udemy. I have several android devices including a galaxy tab, one plus 6+ and a google pixel. All of my Android devices can download the courses with now issues. Udemy, please fix the downloading issue with iOS.

Every segment of lessons, I need to sign out or relaunch the app for video to play. This is on iPad Pro.

Udemy app is no longer downloading for me

Tried reinstalling it, tried individual lessons. But the app flashes cancelling downloads with no success of getting a download to work correctly. The app used to be great but now it fails all over the place. My software version is 12.3.1. Please fix.

Continuously have to close app

The app is incapable of playing videos continuously, you have to close out, close the app from running in the background, open it back up just to play the next video in the course. Please fix this! I was really enjoying the app but this is just getting ridiculous.

Next Videos not loading automatically

After watching a video. The next video used to get started automatically but after taking an update, it’s not. I have to literally kill the app and launch again to see any video. I cannot watch 2 videos in a row. It just keeps on showing the activity indicator. Overall, a very nice and user friendly app.

The most bug filled app I have ever used

Udemy courses are great, but this app is simply unacceptable. Downloading takes forever, cancels itself half of the time, the video player is buggy, it’s clearly a non-native app that isn’t meant to handle large files. Maybe the developers should take some of their own courses on development because this app wouldn’t even be acceptable 5 years ago less today.

My experience with the app has been terrible. It’s slow and buggy. Especially when downloading content. I’m on an iPhone X too, there’s no excuse.
