I am very very happy of courses, great content. But the app is slow, download courses is wasted task, i prefer use browser to watch Courses in iPhone 7s plus. Refactoring soon! Please

Prices at web site and at iOS app are completely different! And if you’re logged in probably you’ll have higher prices . Ridiculous

For some reason can’t easily turn on/off captions. I’m learning ASL and need to see the captions when I’m watching but in the app I can’t turn the captions back on. It worked fine yesterday before I updated the app.

Downloaded lectures to view offline. When offline, they didn’t work. Even when online with a stable 1Gb download speed, the vids take forever to play. I’ll start one up, wait 5 min for it to load, go to some other screen, and it’ll randomly start playing in the background with no way to get back to it.

I saw they have a $10.99 for the A+ So I got the 1001 and 1002 for 21.98. I’m asked to signup at checkout. When I’m about to pay, the price went up and a new coupon code automatically added. I put the previous one, not accepted. I logged out, the prices go back to $10.99. The moment I signed in at checkout, they changed the price again hoping I’d decide to give them more money. I’ll find it on the internet instead.

Works fine from laptops, most of the time. Doesn’t work with phone and iPad.

I paid for a course I was looking forward to going through. So I bought it, that’s $13 down the drain cos it won’t load, no matter how long I wait!

Crashes all the time

Great selection, but the videos crash on me and I have to restart the app. I tried downloading it all first and I still run into the issue. I’m on the “a cloud guru aws architect associate” course. My co-worked said he’s having the same issue. I’m on an iPhone X and he’s on an iPhone 7. This is my only gripe with the app, but it is a major one.

I love this app. Lots of good free and low priced courses. Well worth the time. However, I would ask the developer to fix a couple of things. 1. Once I purchase a course, I cannot see how long (how many hours) it is again after that. This should be easy to add in the My Courses view. Even under the individual course information, I do not see how I can see how long the course is, after I have purchased it. 2. The download for offline feature has lots of issues. Too many to go into, really. Often the downloads get stuck! Also, once downloaded, they don’t always show in my list of available offline. 3. Add a filter or sort feature by “last update”. I don't like to purchase courses that haven’t been updated in the last 6 months. Tech gets old. I’d like a way to filter out older courses. Fix these and I will update to 5 stars.

Difficulty downloading / viewing videos

When I opt to download videos in the courses I’ve paid for, some download and others don’t in the course. The same also happens when viewing them. I’m forced to view the videos out of sequential order. This issue is not specific to one rather any of my several courses.
