App is so slow and unusable

App is terrible. It was so slow it took us over an hour to get the code for the lockbox for the keys to the truck. Customer service can’t help you because everything has to be done through the app. Drop off took another 45 minutes of slow app loading and we finally just gave up and submitted pictures of pictures. When we got the truck it was dirty and had what seemed to salt all over the bed. We had to sweep the whole thing out before we get started. The whole process put us 2 hours behind schedule. Very frustrating experience and will likely not use U-Haul services again.

What a great save by these two. They rectified a mistake made while I placed my reservation and they both went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care. My experience with the Downtown Grand Rapids office was exceptional.

Self pick up was a nightmare. It took us 1 hour to finish the pick-up process. Too complicated. Took pictures of my husvand’s driver’s license FOUR TIMES!

App is absolutely terrible to use. Didn’t give me any information to unlock the lock and had to call uhual to get the combination for the truck key

Booooo....
The app is great the woman on bemiss was very rude and super strict about mask policy even though I am vaccinated. If you are that concerned about covid then maybe she should not be in customer service. If I can I want use that U-Haul dealer again.

Every time I use the app it’s more complicated and takes way longer than it should to get the equipment. The people at the location are never able to help and turn me back to the app that takes me in circles.

Doesnt alert you when you are late for truck share. Just puts you in a loop. If I rent a truck charge me for the day. Pick it up anytime. Simple.
