App error

Confirmed email multiple times. Continued to receive invalid password. Call center was absolutely useless as well. Tried for an hour to return the trailer I rented.

When paying on the 3rd of the month, the exact monthly due date from when started renting storage, the app says it’s “past due”. Something is wrong with that. The finance dept. needs to tell the app dept. a customer’s monthly due date is the same date every month — not the 1st. The other billing issue is storage units are only open “after hours” until 10pm. Even though there’s no staffing hours after 6 or 7pm, the fees go up if you want access after 10pm. That’s wrong too.

1) app NOT user friendly 2) center employee dropped and F bomb while helping us 3) center employees not helpful at all- just kept saying use the app (again not user friendly) 4) first truck wouldn’t start 5) replacement tru h didn’t have working lights (after loading) 6) basically had to find my own replacement truck 7) they have 72 hours to call - over a week and haven’t heard from them 8) the only easy friendly part- the drop off location was super friendly and kind DO NOT RENT FROM U-HAUL Previously rented from Budget and it was a smooth easy process. So sad U—Haul isn’t

Pretty decent self service app just a lot of steps and pictures to take and upload,For both pick up and drop of. But overall I found it to be convenient.

We were shorted all of the moving utilities that we paid for. We were told EXACT WORDS by U-HAUL, we don’t care there is nothing we can do. We had to pay an extra for extended time for moving company to load and unload. We will be disputing the charges on the credit card.

Uhaul Inconvience

First I was suppose to pick up the uhaul in Norfolk, got an email the day before saying they changed my location to Virginia Beach. So basically i paid for 55 miles flat rate but now that i had to pick it up from Virginia Beach more mile roughly 20 miles to be exact. Then when i opened the back to start packing it it was dirty, it needed a good sweeping. Then the drop off location was a storage place that needed a code to get inside, uhaul doesnt provide a code so after about 15 mins of confusion I just left it right outside the gate. Horrible experience all around!!!!
