Battery drain!

Decent app but it is a battery hog! Settings > battery shows this app sucking the top amount. Company needs to incorporate late pickup updates into the app instead of SMS and going through browser

It took me three separate attempts to return the truck as the app kept faulting and sending me back to the start. It took over 20 minutes to complete the stupid process

Customer service 2nd to none. This location is a U-Haul only location been here since 1997. He was more concerned with my safety during winter storm then the rental. I understood him. I will rent here from now on he has all the trailers, trucks and supplies for all your moving needs.
