Huge waste of time

We rented a cargo van to be picked up from a verified location (local gas station) Once we got there we had to go thru a ton of different steps to “verify our rental” including getting a call from Uhal saying, “so and so put you on here to verify that they are renting a van. Is that true?” Me, “yes.” Them, “okay thank you.” Such a waste of time. I will never rent anything thru their app again.
Super cool moving truck

I used the 26” uhaul truck to move. 25% in cost only from what a moving company was trying to charge me. Truck drove like a champ with 5 bedrooms items inside.
Truck blocked in and no appliance dolly

When we got there are U-Haul was blocked in and missing the appliance dolly we unfortunately still had to pay for! Waited on the phone for 40 min to switch to a different truck that wasn’t blocked! Total joke

Really the man in Brandon location in Jackson Mississippi is very helpful he made my experience very easy. Generally I recommend to use U-hall all the time.

The online app allowed us to reserve multiple items. But when we arrived to the location for an online check in. The utility dolly and the furniture were not available and the store was closed. They offered me to drive the truck to the other location to get the rest of the items but I will still get charge for every mile, even that was not my fault. When I came to do the check out for the the online return the application the pictures for the odometer and it took over 30 minutes to do this return. I had to come later to retry it with a different phone. Bad experience overall because also the truck was not in a good condition.
Truck needs to be retired

Customer service is always great but the truck is old, dirty in and out. Green mold growing on it. I expected better.
