Constant auto login error pop up

As I drive around I often get an incorrect password pop up for auto login on spectrum??? Very annoying when using god and no way to turn off unless you remove the app!

The application should make it easy to connect to Spectrum or spectrum passport or cableWiFi. It does NOT. Rarely does it work and "cable wifi" is the only connection that works if all three connections are available. I went through customer service Seriously 6 separate times before they correctly configured one apple IPad. (They said android was unsupported on the same call.) since then at least two versions updates and it has been spotty or doesn't connect most places. Just go to Starbucks, a coffee shop, or a FedEx kinkos. Better than wasting time with this app.
None of the listed WiFi access points connect to the internet

Worthless since the switch to Spectrum. Used to be great and I wish they would fix the access issue.
