Why doesn't the map appear when opening the app? How are we supposed to know where the hotspots are without a map?
Doesn’t work in Los Angeles

I used to use this all the time, but for the last few months, I’ve had 0% connectivity to any hotspot in Los Angeles.

I turn on the wifi and I have 3 networks that don’t connect. And for one of them it asks for a password, this needs to be fixed please.

The wifi Profile and hot spots use to work great back when it was just TWC, but since Spectrum and the new wifi profile I can never get on to any hotspots and the app no longer works. I can login succesfully but then if you try to see usages, manages devices etc.. you just get the error "We recieved an error trying to access this information, please try back in a few minutes". Here are the troublshooting details for your app devs and I can logout of the app and back in and reproduce everytime: POST /mytwcaccount/mytwc/wifi/monthly/usage?_username=hiddingforreview&_pwd=hidding&_nnusession= Server: CUS STATUS_CODE: E3001 STATUS_MESSAGE: Invalid TWC ID or Password. The concept for this app is amazing however it does t work like it should. My cell service is way too fast to use this app and I have no way to turn it off. I’ve managed my settings to remove my device but it still connects to WiFi randomly and it is awful. So slow I’m almost always turning my WiFi off when I’m not home.

Never works. Doesn't allow logins. Doesn't find wifi. Doesn't do much really. Junk! Just avoid this App.
Awful and misleading

The finder keeps telling me my password is wrong. I called customer service, only to discover they’re having technical problems, they don’t know when they’ll be fixed, and there’s noting wrong with my password at all!! How hard would it be to notify customers instead of having us think we’re inputting the wrong information? SO frustrating!
