Worst app I have ever used. Never works right! TWC doesn't help either. Only give it a one because you can't give it a zero. Look at your bills steadily CLIMB UP each month. Not just a few dollars but $20 more in one month. Now they offer free modems to new customers, while I have to pay! Great! Long time customers get the shaft! Thought it couldn’t get any worse but it has since Charter bought Time Warner. Loyal customers are forgotten about.

SPECTRUM HAS MORE THAN 400 COMPLAINTS ABOUT ITS WIFI SPEED AND DUALITY SINCE THEY TOOK OVER TWC. WHEN YOU START YOUR SERVICES THEY PROMISE NOT RACING THE PRICE THEN THEY RACE IT. FRONTIER HAS BETTER QUALITY AND PRICES. I AM PLANNING TO GO BACK AND OPEN A SMALL CLAIM AGAINST SPECTRUM FOR THE $500 THEY PROMISED ME FOR SWITCHING FROM VERIZON

There is something inherently wrong with a wi-fi finder, that requires a wifi signal to work- twc’s reps don't seem able to grasp this simple concept. Furthermore, they list wifi signals in abandoned buildings as active, dont show hotspots that do exist, etc- they constantly tell me my password is incorrect, etc- I have tried using the wifi finder over 100 times, and perhaps a dozen were successful- really extraordinarily bad -

I’m in the Dallas area. Most of the time my phone chooses a hotspot to hook up to, the connection is weak at best and times out before a page will load. I usually end up turning WiFi off and using data instead. Then I forget to switch back to WiFi when I get home and end up using up my data. It’s a great idea and heaven knows we pay enough for the service, but it has been worthless so far.

I've only used it a couple times so far but seems to work well. Some issues and concerns but going to use it more before I judge on those!

1 star is being generous. No stars would be more appropriate because it doesn't connect to ANY of the WiFi Passpoints. Tech support is also useless.

All the Spectrum/Time Warner apps don't work. At least not on any of my family's devise. CustomerService is extremely inept at anything. I'm going back to Fios!

Needs connectivity improvement

I'm running this app on iOS11, iPhone 7+. It takes a long time to connect, sometimes won't connect at all. It says it saves your login and password but many times it asks for id and password and it will say incorrect log in. I've tried removing the app, downloading it and re-installing the certificate and the same glitches continue.
