I’m not impressed at all. Never can connect. I’ve had numerous technicians out. Still same problems. Wish we had other options for internet and cable.

My WiFi, with the extra charge turbo version, quits a couple times daily for a few minutes, and is back on by the time I can contact a service tech, especially one who speaks English. Last night the channel changer quit working. Stuck on a channel! Finally pulled the power cords on everything to reboot. Worked OK then! Things like this happen all to frequently since Spectrum took over, and I thought TWC was bad!!! I think I will have some 111+ft. Trees cut and go satellite.

I guess I am in locations were the WiFi isn’t close; however when I’m home it works fine.

Since the change to spectrum, this thing does not work! I have called the Spectrum repeatedly. I was passed to the second tier, third tier, fourth tier, and talking to the sixth person, I'm told that something has to be fixed on their part. They said they will fix it and would let me know.I have not been able to use it yet. Repeatedly I keep installing the profile. It does connect to available Wi-Fi. A checkmark appears next to the Wi-Fi hotspot. But the Internet connection never happens. Please fix this!!!

Traveling cross country on I 40. I have yet to find a WiFi signal. Stayed in Tennessee and Oklahoma. I’m thinking it’s a waste of time to have this app.

The app seams to work as long you not driving or on a moving vehicle. If you are the app will crash or not work at all.
