Had it before and it worked fine on my iPhone 5 I recently upgraded to an iPhone 8 and tried to get it but no can do! Called customer service then called tech support twice and they were no help at all, told me to download the hot spot finder then they tried helping me but still nothing, my gripe is how could I have it with my previous phone in all the same locations but now they tell me I’m not in a hotspot so it won’t work ?!?! Sounds like bs to me!

Works for me. I’m less than a block away from TWC office and I still can’t connect to TWC WI-FI and TWC PASSPOINT...

Worked on my android great. On my iPhone it’s a piece of crap. I had a VPN on in both instances. I turned it off and it still doesn’t work. Too bad. My college has a bunch of hotspots but they don’t show up on my iPhone.

I get hot spots all the time . it’s really excellent and faster then the internet connection at my work place.

I’m very impressed with this app and it’s ability to help me find hotspot connection throughout the United States, keeping track of my data usage and so on. The most frustrating part about this app is that every time I close it out, or if I shut off my phone - I open up the app again and notice: I have to log back into my username. Not to mention, it will then ask me to reinstall the “new“ TWCWiFi Profile. This is very frustrating and probably affects my ability to connect to hotspots seamlessly: defeating the whole purpose in having this app in the first place The second main issue with this app: the amount of space it takes up on my iPhone. it is one of the top storage used (out of my entire app collection installed on my phone). there’s a lot of data associated with the locations of the hotspots but there is no need for it to save it to the phone’s “documents and data”, i.e., the map location and all the hotspots available—> That type of information should be saved in the CACHE and removed once it’s no longer needed and/or downloaded when in a new location.

I certainly can find the spots for connectivity with this app. Lots available! Thank You. But I have no idea how to connect my iPhone to it. The menus just wants to sell me more stuff. I have the 300 WiFi in home .... it won’t reach around the corner. I get a stronger signal from Lincoln Center four blocks away. Very frustrating Could all be my error Which means it should be more simpler
