The service that they are very quick to charge for, is NOT, not even by a long in the dark blindfolded and out of range shot. Service at home comes and goes, I used to call almost every night to complain but I gave up and now that it rides under a different name I was expecting and improvement, and I mean anything, it would be nice to go ten minutes without having to condemn them to hell and damnation; but like I said it would be nice, now it just got worst and the hotspots are not even functioning right, I have said this before and I will emphasise again: I HAVE EXPERIENCE BETTER INTERNET SERVICE IN THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES.

I’ve been trying to use this app and the twc WiFi when on the road, or when my home internet is disrupted, and so far have never really been able to either actually get connected or for it to be a smooth and effortless process.

Paying for a service that doesn’t connect when your on their public WiFi hotspots. Really poor customer service on resolving the problem.

I liked it much better when you could connect to mobile hot spots provided by the internet provider. This just tells me all the WiFi places available but I can’t use them. No help for this NON TECH savvy person.

I was having an issue a couple weeks ago with a slow connection. Once I restarted my modem, I was surprised to have quite a faster connection. I live in a multi-unit building and am on my laptop and phone quite a bit, while having my tv on to keep up with the news. The improvement in speed make me much more confident in the ability to work from home without the previous extremely annoying intermittent connection problems!
