Keeps Crashing

Everytime I put in the info for managing my booking it crashes. Now I can’t choose my seats or anything.

Horrible customer service over the phone . They have no clue about geography. They can’t change a reservation over phone and asked me to go the regional office to change which is many hours of travel in a 3 rd country. Extremely incompetent . My son is at risk of traveling alone because of their flawed system. Never again
One of the worst airline apps

This is seriously one of the worst airline apps out there. The app is filled with missing data and nulls filled out all over the place. Many text fields and data fields are broken. I looks nice but everything underneath it seems to be falling apart.
Record your calls
A huge whatsapp user
Make sure to record your calls with them as they lie and then leave you stranded in a foreign country until you pay more than double your trip cost to get home due to corona cancellations.

Site will not allow me to put in my United 1k mileage name and number.

Among other issues, when you go to see seats, day of flight.. it tells you you are outside the 100 days from the flight. correct Ticket number not accepted.. but hilariously, after multiple tries, then entering totally random numbers it still brings you to your flight and ticket. Truly bad.
