Easy to change

KateKHV

I wanted to change the date, and was very easy to find options, it provided difference and I was able to compete the change via mobile phone. Easy and convenient.

Going to turkey better watch your back

himynameis mr F✦★✦K you

Dad airline bad service. Thief’s Racist I went to Istanbul I arrived at sabiha airport and carrying only US dollar and try to get exchange at the airport they try to cut fees about 200 TL which is 22 dollars and literally see the screen behind the person work there it says $100 ex TL 855 But he try’s to give me only 638 TL for $100 And they charge money for internet service you will never get. If you going to turkey better to Watch your back because Turkish people they have hate for every body and will steal anything you have. I went ti turkey for the first time and it my last time I hated that country and the people how they treated others

Flight numbers

Blubbyawesomenessssssss

So much missing from this website, but why aren’t flight numbers indicated when I’m considering my purchase or have selected my flights? Makes no sense!

Thanks a lot , I enjoyed it , everything is on the right place and it’s completely user friendly

Overcharges

EFHarp

The app doesn’t work most of the time. The processes on the app don’t seem to be understood by customer service and often charges accounts without providing what you paid for and then you have to go through an elaborate process to get your money returned
