Problems with card payments

Card payments are glitchy, I had to let the app choose my address from location then it worked. There needs to be more easier payment options like Apple Pay,google pay and PayPal.

The password does not seem to be stored on my Apple keychain. As a result, I deleted my miles and smiles account. I’m pretty sure that’s not wants Turkish Airlines wants. I am glad I made my reservations well in advance so I could deal with this problem and still get my ticket on time Excepting that feature, the app works quite well, though it could be simplified with a word or two of explanation. It would be important to see the words “review these flights” and choose the one you like best when your app suggest the flights. Programmers can use their own software easily, because they know what each entry actually does, but users are confronted with too much guessing. I realize this makes me look incompetent, but combining that with the miles and smiles goof up and the resulting unresponsive buttons wasted a lot of my time.

You really can’t do anything on the app. Sometimes you can make a reservation sometimes you can’t Sometimes you can buy bonus miles sometimes you can’t It’s only good to check on flight times. Not worth the hassle. You request special assistance, and doesn’t show in airport. worst service among all airlines I ever used.
The app is not working

When I open the app I got a pop up message that I have to approve the GDPR and KVKK permission on my profile. I pressed OK then I got another message that I have to confirm my membership number via email. I did confirm it. Then they asked me to update my profile. I added all the info, but then I got an error message that my membership number is invalid even though it is entered correctly. I also don’t have the option to change the membership number

- Doesn’t save my reservation even when I check the box to “Save Flight to Device” - Check in doesn’t work because “information is missing or incorrect” despite everything being 100% correct and filled. - the app doesn’t seem well designed since some elements are outside the dimensions of the screen and are inaccessible I have yet to experience an airline app that is top notch and Turkish Airlines is easily one of the worst among the popular ones.
