Horrible – Turkish Airlines: Book Flights Review

Horrible customer service over the phone . They have no clue about geography. They can’t change a reservation over phone and asked me to go the regional office to change which is many hours of travel in a 3 rd country. Extremely incompetent . My son is at risk of traveling alone because of their flawed system. Never again
