As a seasoned traveler, this is the most comfortable business class I’ve ever flown. Far more space , even in the bathrooms.

horrible. dead links everywhere. as bad as the www website version. surely you have had time to get someone to fix your app and website for you. there are people that you can hire that know how to fix these things. they have been around for years now. show your paying public that you actually give a sh$t.

Terrible service. Awful treatment of the Lufthansa Senator. Will try to avoid it in the future!!!! Poor airline with such a big fleet of airplanes. Waste of money.

App only notify you on your online purchased

The app is working fine about information and booking but if you bought your tickets from another source the app don’t save your thicket and notifications.
“MY FLIGHTS” Screen needs update

MY FLIGHTS tab should include either “flight number” and/or “ticket number” readily available. Those 2 pieces of info is what we use the most, and they should be far more easy to reach on the app.
