Clunky and almost useless

Horrible app, almost as bad as the service I’ve gotten on some Turkish flights. It used to work moderately well, but heaven forbid you forget your password and try to reset it as that seems to be impossible.

Terrible app. Super buggy and the UI/UX are so awkward. You cannot accomplish anything on the app except checking in. You can’t even book a seat or it keeps forgetting your booking. Just use the desktop version but the UI/UX have same level with several mistakes.

App is very flawed. Forgets your reservation often. Can’t reliably save your seat choices. Having major troubles with the website too. Concerning that an airline who needs to operate perfectly in the sky can’t program an app that doesn’t fail.
