Whenever looking for transit directions, and then closing it, reopening it will crash the app. Very unreliable but very useful when it works.

For day to day work home commute, this app is terrible, never is correct for train arrivals, can never properly locate me so I always end up manually finding the stations. To say this app needs updates is a complete understatement, promptly deleting

Very deep app with lots of useful features. intuitive and natural controls, community of learning and building a better world. This app makes my phone more useful and helps me keep a job right now while I cannot drive. Let’s get satellite images! And better search capabilities with GO mode! Thank you for everything -from Utah
Wrong lately

For the past few months in Chicago this thing has been SO WRONG. Buses, trains, mainly trains. It shows a time, when you tap to learn more, it shows TOTALLY different times. You have 8 min until the next train to get a coffee? Cool. Except as you wait in line a train goes by! App stills says 8min. Google maps seems to be better at this. I do like that it works in different parts of the city (shows me what’s closest without having to save a train/bus line or putting in information about my destination) and that it works in different cities so I never have to download that city’s app. For that, I begrudgingly keep it.
Consistently off

Timing has been consistently off. The old version shows where the bus really is but the latest seems base on paper schedule. Constantly been late for work or end up waiting extra hours every day. They need to revert back to old ways of tracking bus location.
App was excellent not any more

App gives alert of bus detour when bus it on the assigned route and also gives alert of no GPS Signal when my iPhone X indicate there is working! My iPhone is running IOS 12.4. Sometimes I set Go early. If I do app will not automatically go in to Go to let me know what time to leave. Wish it did!
