Busses never show

I am a student that goes to school and depends on the bus for transportation. Just today I always in this app and it said that a bus was gonna get here in 6 minutes I got to the bus stop and the bus never showed up I had to wait for the next bus for 12 minutes and this has happened 8 times now I’ve been getting late to school for 8 days straight and only god knows how many more. You got a problem in your system and you HAVE to fix it.
Full version is worth every penny!

I downloaded this app so I could have a backup to the Ventra app (where the bus schedules aren’t so easy to crack down). I’m doing the trial for now because I’m pretty broke, but I’ll be paying for the full version as soon as I can! Completely worth it, very user-friendly, no glitches, times are accurate, this app is the bestest friend that a public transportation commuter can have. The developers did such a great job!

it’s handy but it’s made me late for work a million times and left me sitting out in the cold for 45 mins because the app keeps changing when the bus is actually going to arrive. i like the digital ticket feature though.
Inaccurate Departure Times

The app is pretty but the departure times are frequently wrong, and they don’t always account for track maintenance and shuttle busses replacing train service. The times are correct on the MBTA website so I don’t know why this app isn’t accurate, but unfortunately that means using this app isn no better than just guessing when/if the train will come. Update: It was 10 minutes off today and it’s been off multiple times this week, with no maintenance or shuttles. I got a notification that the developers replied to my review but the App Store doesn’t give me any way to see it so… ??♂️
App often quits mid-trip

This app mostly works. When it works, it’s great. The app also keeps quitting in the middle of a trip. I have to re-type in the trip destination, but when I’m on the bus, it doesn’t find the bus I’m on. It looks for the next bus scheduled to arrive at the location I’m passing through at that moment. This means I don’t get the heads-up when I approach my stop at the end of my ride. It is also a serious battery drainer. I have to carry a battery to recharge my phone with midway though longer trips.

This app is no longer worth the download. I understand the team’s dilemma, but limiting the amount of lines one can see for free makes the app useless for most. There are now plenty of free alternatives with more features. Edit to address developer response: Unfortunately basic free map/city apps that most already have on their phones cover all those features. In fact, they were never useful for me. I may have never used them once because I had better alternatives already. What made the app special for years was that well designed Home Screen with various times and live tracking. I actually would not mind paying a few dollars for the app itself. It is not worth a subscription for features I can get easily from other apps.

It’s show how far the bus is at. No more waiting or taking a guess when it will arrive now I can leave my house 10 min before the bus arrive.

Used to be a good app, has a lot of features to manage your time well but now it wants you to pay monthly or annually to get basic information on essential train or bus lines one may need. Better off getting another app then getting frustrated by finding out you can’t track the lines you need.

I live in Washington, DC and I rely on the transit app for the buses I ride to get to work. I am at the tenleytown area and it shows the E4 bus which runs from Friendship Heights, not Tenleytown! And the M4 bus did not show up on the app this morning and it didn’t show up on the app tonight even though I am on the M4 bus now! Or this a route I now have to pay for?
