Being a commuter in Chicago, it’s nice to have transit handy when navigating through the city before and after work- especially when I can plan ahead. With that being said, I am so sad to find the new (I have auto-update off, my old phone has an older version of the app) update no longer allows me the luxury of planning my commute a night before without having to pay for “Royal”. If one commutes to the point they have to plan their schedule hours in advance to arrive to their work place (or school) one cannot afford to pay for such a service. It is very inconvenient and it’s sad to see such a helpful app go in such a direction. If the incentive is to see some type of cash flow from the service provided, why not instead create means to accept and receive donations as opposed to completely limiting the functions that many who NEED to commute for their livelihoods.

We come 10 minutes early every time just to have to wait an extra 30 minutes for the next bus to come, just because the bus that was scheduled didn’t even show up.

GPS not always accurate

I can be standing at the bus stop and the GPS will go from say 10 minutes to 0 minutes to 30 minutes within a two minute time span.

Absolute garbage, useless app. ur better off showing up at the bus stop when u feel like it and ur more likely actually catching one.

Shame on you for charging to access beeline buses in Nyc/Westchester. I suggest everyone try the Moovit app
