Apple Watch app won’t load

The iphone app is really good and useful but the Apple Watch app won’t even load routes , just say there is an error loading routes… please fix

First off, let me say as a disclaimer that this review may be the fault of the Torrance California bus system rather than the app itself, and if I can be convinced that the issue is completely out of the hands of the app I could be convinced to change my rating, as the app design and features are actually decent. That out of the way, I have to give this app a low rating because I have repeatedly been left on the sidewalk and forced to get an Uber after the bus never shows up. The reason I blame the app for this is that it actually has GPS tracking on the buses in my area. I have seen them, I have followed them, and they are pretty accurate on the morning routes. So why, WHY can’t this app warn me when a given pickup time is likely to be skipped because it can’t find the bus on GPS? It tells me bus coming in 2 minutes….1 minute…0 minutes…-1 minutes… and no buses are anywhere in sight or with a GPS tracker. It gives the illusion of reliability and predictability, but this has scenario has happened to me enough times that I am not likely to use the bus or this app ever again. At the very least, you should have the ability to lodge a complaint. If a given metro authority gets enough complaints, the developers could forward them along and maybe enact change through strength in numbers. This app’s business model requires people to use the metro, and they should be invested in promoting consumer satisfaction however they can.

The bus does not show up on the map which is how i will know if its actually on its way without sitting outside and then finding out later it has already passed, the bus should be on the map so i know it had left the transit and is actually coming

Used to be a 5 star app, helped me get used to the public transport in my city. But over the last few weeks, they’ve been tracking buses inaccurately, which made it unreliable when using during my daily commute

So not only does this app have inaccurate time and location for the buses ( you’ll be lucky to have your bud arrive on schedule ) but NOW they added a feature where you can only see certain bud routes and you have to pay for the other ones … like atp I’d rather spend money on insurance then pay this app any type of money.
