Communication was good. But the Seller’s fees is over the roof 19.2%, plus money transfer fee 2.9% and transfer takes at least 5 business days, means at least a week plus.

I have purchased many bags and sunglasses with Tradesy. They never disappoint. Name brand items at affordable prices. Allows this Tennessee girl to strut around in style.♥️❤️?
Unacceptable return policy

I can live with their high fees because I can adjust my selling price. The unacceptable part is their return policy. Selling on Tradesy used to be okay because Tradesy took care of all returns. But, they changed their policy now that allows buyers to return item for ANY reasons, back to the sellers. There are many non trusted buyers out there that will return after they used the items, they damage it on purpose so they get refund back to their credit cards instead of Tradesy credits, etc etc. And sellers ended up with items that are not in the original condition. So, Tradesy have no protection for the sellers whatsoever. No reviews available for sellers or buyers so we don’t know if the buyer is a good buyer or serial returner. In summary, it’s very uneasy experience selling on Tradesy.

Well, I was looking forward to using this app to sell my 7 Hermes bags (from my previous marraige to a fool who spent way too much for them.) But after reading about the more than 20% sellers lose and the weeks to get the money, I’ll go back to Poshmark to sell them! That’s outrageous and unconscionable! Shame on you Tradesy! I’m not even going to open up and take a peek. You won’t see any of my bags on here. You should pay attention to the reviews and make those changes. I bet I’m not the only one you lost this way. Good luck fleecing the good, honest, hard-working fashion resellers of the world. But, I’m out. So begins the fall of an empire, best watched from the sidelines…
Shipping kit delays, High fee, Long payout

Tradesy as a concept is a great app and platform from a trading experience perspective, they came up with an innovative business model that should solve pain points to both buyers and sellers at a modest service and everyone would be happy. All sounds great until you start losing sales because the shipping kit - an empty black card board box and a polybag with a label - takes almost two weeks to arrive. Buyer pays an extra fee for this and it takes forever, while the information given to both is poor and innacurate (no clear dates). I have to literally keep explaining and justifying to buyers why I haven’t shipped the product yet. Keep in mind that in my case I am selling expensive designer handbags so I won’t ship without a protective box. I tried contacting customer service and it’s almost impossible to find someone. Last time I tried I had to click on so many pages and links to find an email, I don’t even know how to get to it again. And they didn’t help with anything except saying I could do my own shipping, then why are we paying the extra shipping kit fee??? No clue. Another problem is the fee they charge the seller - very high for what the quality of service is. Once customer pays (only after product is delivered, which will take long considering the delay in the delivery of the shipping kit to begin with (we’re at around 3-4 weeks now), it will take another 2 weeks to release funds to your account (another extra fee here). That’s a long time for the total fees you’re paying. Tradesy: please pay attention to this, as you will be easily desintermediated soon if you don’t improve your processes. Ok to charge fees, but then your services have to be impecable otherwise your sellers will go elsewhere.

I love love the selections on Tradesy! And the information about each item is right on target! I know exactly what I’m getting for everything I’ve ordered! Returns are easy too! I love Tradesy!
