Online Reseller Since 2017

I’ve been an online reseller since 2017 and just recently decided to give Tradesy a try. Waiting a month to get paid is NOT ok. I’m sorry. Once I get the funds for my sale I’m going to head out the door. Fees are also ridiculously high.
Terrible for Sellers

If you create an account, you can never delete it! TERRIBLE. Poor service for sellers. They accepted a return past the deadline. The funds were already released to me and transferred when they went in and debted my actual bank account without permission or warning. Also, the app consistently doesn't work, making it impossible to edit list prices and information. Very frustrating. Do not trust them as a seller! Much better service and experience with Poshmark.

It takes atleast 21 days for you to get your money on a sale. That’s 3 weeks and in those 3 weeks a person can still return the item. Sell on poshmark or depop instead.

I sold an item in Tradesy on June 12th and as of today July 8th I have not received my payment yet. Worst experience ever. I’ve been selling on Poshmark for the last 2 years with absolutely no issues. You receive your payment within 3 days after the buyer receives the merchandise. Do not recommend if you are selling.

I signed up and immediately my account was “banned” and closed. Mind you I had posted just one thing I had from an actual designer store. Thank God I had no funds with them or they probably would have kept them. I recommend Mercari or Poshmark over this app any day!
