I will NEVER do business with this company again! First of all this company has no way of reaching a customer service rep via phone. The only way to contact them is via email. I purchased what I thought was a second hand designer piece only to find out that wasn’t the case! I started to become concerned when I hadn’t received shipping info from the seller within the 3-5 day time period mentioned by Tradesy. When I contacted the seller to ask about shipping date I found out that not only did Tradesy not have possession of the item but neither did the seller! I was informed that the seller had a high number of items sold and that they were all coming from a warehouse overseas. Immediately red flags went up. This screams counterfeit. Seller has not responded to my concerns nor have they canceled my order and issued a refund. Tradesy refuses to intervene and even told me that they had no problems working with sellers who sold merchandise that way and when I receive the item I can send it to THEM to authenticate - not someone skilled and knowledgeable with the brand I attempted to purchase but THEY have to be the one to authenticate. More red flags! I do not find Tradesy to be reputable and they could possibly be helping sellers to commit fraud! Tradesy definitely does not stand behind the policies they state. My guess is this is to falsely make potential purchasers feel comfortable using their service. I am currently going through legal channels in an attempt to recover my money. I will NEVER do business with them again!!! And I would strongly advise buyer beware!!

First of all I use multiple apps to sell my items any other competing app had a better outcome then Tradesy. Long story short I sold a dress and the buyer knew what she was doing she bought my dress waited the full 7 days the day I was suppose to get my earnings she requested a return. And Tradesy not being helpful on both ends returned my dress and who knows if the buyer wore my dress and is now returning it. Never again using this app.

I like the app …. But.. their fees are the highest, their shipping fees fluctuate so much! A 2lb pair of sneakers cost a buyer $30 to ship in USA! Also not sure why they have to hold a sellers payout sometimes weeks after the buyer has received purchase! I think this is another way the company benefits from holding “our” money to collect interest from the bank!

This is one of my normal “hang outs” when I am buying things that are Luxury Brand Names, for a fraction of their Retail Price. I have to admit, that due to very horrible experiences on other websites, I do catch myself looking at a very inexpensive piece, and wondering, “Is this REAL? Is this Too Good To Be True?” But, then I realize which site I am on (Tradsey), and know their lovely motto, “We Don’t Allow or Sell Fake Sh*t”, and I breathe a huge sigh of relief, and buy, buy, buy!!! They are one of the BEST Luxury Brand sites out there. They have fabulous sales, and also encourage selling your authentic luxury goods that may be hiding in your closet or jewelry boxes. Old, and never used, been forgotten stuff! Sell it to make some cash so you can buy what you want that is more up to date, or from a newer collection. Another thing I do love, is that if you buy something, regardless of it’s price, and you are not completely LOVING IT, you can request a return label & have it shipped back at no cost to you. The only “Drawback” that you must keep in mind is the fact that they will credit your account for the entire price of the item that you sent back. They don’t give Refunds back to your credit card, so keep that in mind. They will give you back your entire purchase amount IF, which is VERY RARE, you get some fake Sh*t! Lol! I have been very happy shopping and selling on this site & App. It’s a friendly, comfortable, user friendly, and amazing deals Shopping Experience! No more “looking over your shoulder for a bad experience on this app! I highly recommend it!! Check out the discounts for NEW USERS & FIRST PURCHASES, plus HOLIDAY10, for 10% off during December 2021. You can only use these codes ONCE, so stock up on what you want first, prior to using any codes! They will not honor your codes a 2nd Time.
