Intuitive and easy set up along with simple programming makes this thermostat a gem. From website to app the crew at Honeywell have integrated this product into a highly functional instrument. Good job !

This is a great app and product, easy to setup and use, works with amazon, google, and Apple, the only thing I would love for it to have is Apple Watch support, then it would be complete.

Works, but ... No notifications features. No control of Ventilation. Lastly, the app look and feel is a joke, also the usability not at par.

The thermostat has a mud if it’s own. The settings and scheduling that you set in the app may or may not stick. Constantly having to go to the thermostat to adjust the temp and not via my smart phone and Honeywell app. Frustrating.

We had ours installed a month ago and I really like it!!!! I love that I can stay on the cozy sofa and control the heater from my phone - super convenient! Or if I want to warm up the home before I get home I can do it from my phone! There is also a scheduling feature that is on the app. We haven’t had any problems with it! I highly recommend this unit....

I have 6 of the WiFi connected thermostats in my house. The app and the hardware have been working great for a long time now.

The thermostat was priced well because it was on clearance. The functionality of the unit is just fine. But that’s not acceptable to make this work as it is supposed to, which is to be easily controlled by devices through WiFi from remote locations. Every time I open the app on my Apple IPhone 8, once logged in it gives a report that it went offline at a given date and then must be re connected by phone support. What a pain!

We have had it for about two years and have loved it so far! I have a one year old and have often times been able to nurse him while adjusting the temperature. We still haven't had to schedule repairs so I cannot say anything in that regard but I would hope it's as simple as everything else has been.

I replaced both my upstairs and downstairs hvac units with a Honeywell WiFi thermostat. They installed easily and configured to the app very easily. Now I can access all the features of my thermostats no matter where I am, in the house or on the road.
