Doesn’t stay connected to WiFi – Total Connect Comfort Review

The thermostat was priced well because it was on clearance. The functionality of the unit is just fine. But that’s not acceptable to make this work as it is supposed to, which is to be easily controlled by devices through WiFi from remote locations. Every time I open the app on my Apple IPhone 8, once logged in it gives a report that it went offline at a given date and then must be re connected by phone support. What a pain!
