My nick name was too long
i absolutely love torrid and i shop there for most of my things, but recently the app has been super buggy and kind of a nuisance. i haven’t been able to favorite/heart things for at least 6 months, and now i can’t even log in. wish it was better. i have to use my browser if i want to buy anything. PLEASE FIX IT!!!
It Could Be Better

The app is ok. It could be designed a lot better, however. Also with its recent update, when you shop, the photos don’t show up. I’ve reset the app multiple times as well. I just end up going on the website instead. The website is designed better than the app imo. You guys could do better with this.
Loading issue

There is a loading problem with the app. It displays everything else except for the actual products. EXTREMELY annoying please fix.

I love Torrid. The app makes it easy to browse & order. I wish the wishlist would show another tab w/the items that are unavailable. The app doesn’t show those items and i like how the website does

I purchased my first pair of jeans and they were amazing.. i hadn’t put on jeans in over 9 months. The boyfriend style fit perfect !

Lots of glitches
App not saving login info
Love this store but the app needs work. Randomly logs you out, wishlist doesn’t fully load, often unable to even save items to your wishlist... and is slow to load. Hope they update and fix the bugs soon! Shopping online is much smoother.
