Really great, but...

This app is great. The only problem I have with it is I can't save items to my favorites list. I select the size, but the heart, but it doesn't save. I've emailed support and was just told to use the website. Then what is the point of the freaking app?
Wishlist doesn’t work

The app has gotten better over time but with new updates, the wishlist function on the app doesn’t work anymore and hasn’t work for months now. I’m unable to add anything to my wishlist and have to put everything I do wish for to the cart. I’m afraid that my cart will accidentally charge my account with everything that I added there. Please take the time to over look on the feature and have a updated bug fix for it. Thank you

I recently had so many issues with the app! Some of my info was leaked. After many calls and emails I finally Got a great customer service rep and she fixed the issue!

The app is wayyyy easier to use and it was set up with my Apple Pay so it way to easy to spend money.

I didn’t like how I set the phone down for a few minutes and had to start all over with my order. Too time consuming to do that.

Website has fit models and the app does not. As a size 24, this is important to me. I also think you could do more to show fit on different body types. Not everyone has a flat tummy and an hourglass figure. Love your clothes but I’d buy so much more with these options. ?
