Hard to use

I’ve ordered an obscene amount of clothes from Torrid in the last six months or so (thanks, medicine-induced weight flux), so I finally broke down and downloaded the app. Three stars because it is technically functional, so I didn’t feel right giving less... but it’s so hard to find anything. Why can’t the menu mimic the website? I can’t manage to just find “dresses”, for example, without seventy-five clicks. The menu is useless... I don’t need a separate top level option for the credit card, I need to be able to shop for clothes! Last straw was tonight when I discovered that opening the app makes my music stop. Why?! What on earth does it need sound for? Finally had enough and deleted it... it’s not worth being able to check order status ten seconds faster given that everything else is much more difficult to navigate. Crazy that an app expressly for shopping is so ineffective at allowing the consumer to shop!

If you swipe to go back a screen it takes you back to the login screen. There was also an issue where when paying it changed my shipping address without me doing so, not good. Either way the app is great. Easier than maneuvering around the digital website.

Easy to look and see what’s new, pictures of items are representative of the items themselves, easy to check on orders and rewards. I can’t save anything to my wish list so this is really frustrating because I have to put everything in my cart and then edit from there and go back and search for things if I change my mind. I’ve asked for help with this a number of times but nobody seems to be able to help me and fix it.

Sometimes the app and the website vary in selection it’s really weird but it works most days.

The app is ok. Kind of hard to navigate but gets the job done. As a regular bulk shopper, I collect many rewards with how much I spend on a haul. I can't always make it to the store to use my rewards and buying online is not my favorite because I want to try stuff on so I don't waste time and money returning items. I just lost out on $40 in rewards, not to mention all the other times I've lost my rewards ?
Needs to be fixed.

I’ve been having issues with saving items to my wishlist for at least a year and it hasn’t been fixed. I just go to the website instead now which is annoying since it makes the app useless for me. Even ordering is a nightmare cause rewards don’t show up correctly. I also like how the website shows different sizes for the models so I wish that was on the app
