The app is cool. But when paying by Apple Pay it doesn’t let you add your torrid rewards.

I can’t add anything to my wish list. When I use the scanner on my phone the app always says that it’s unavailable but when I look it up on the search bar I eventually find what I’m looking for. You also don’t make it easy to write surveys when you receive a receipt. ALSO! I noticed sometimes I will receive an email when my package is shipped but not when it has arrived and Vice versa. FIX IT....

The app was easy to shop from. Saved my cart from my browser and it had rewards I had that no one told me about in store!!!!! Yay!

This app is the worst! If I could give negative stars I would. It does not work! You cannot actually make a purchase from this app. When you call Torrid customer service all you get is “yeah we know it’s a problem, and we don’t know how to fix it or when it will be fixed. It completely defeats the purpose of having the app. I have tried deleting and reinstalling.....nothing works.

For over a year I have not been able to save things on my wishlist. I select the size, hit the heart to save to wishlist, it goes fro white to red, there’s a pause, the goes back to white. And it doesn’t save anything in my wishlist. I can’t believe this has been happening for a year!!! PLEASE FIX THIS! I will change my review if fixed.

I gave three stars because I love Torrid and give their products five stars but the app itself has a one star from me. The app lags badly. I can’t even manage my card because it won’t load. I’ve been waiting for one order to process that I did through the app for three days now. It randomly freezes, closes or logs me out completely. It’s better to go to their website than to use the app. I love Torrid, but they need to fix the bugs within this app asap.
