I was always what wS considered to be thin when I was younger. After having a child and getting older, that changed for me. Torrid is the ONLY store that not only has my size, but has adorable, trendy clothes that make me feel fabulous and not, I hate to use the words but, fat and frumpy. So thank you Torrid for making this middle aged mama feel beautiful again!!!

The app has many glitches and is just plain awkward to use; it’s like the company just doesn’t care enough to actually put work into it

I’ve ordered a few things from Torrid before, one or two things here and ther. But this time, I’m starting a new job and needed a lot of new things. I placed a large order and received everything in just a few days. I am so impressed with the overall quality. Plus using my measurements, all sizing was spot on and all items are exactly as described and pictured. I’m definitely a Torrid customer for life!

Bad UI. When navigating to the checkout, the user can’t use their torrid card. Now can they use Apple Pay, when that is available elsewhere on the app.
Tip For iPad (mini)

Loving this app, easy to shop, easy to pay. Hint: Portrait mode works best with my iPad (mini). Found a glitch when using in landscape view.

Torrid is the best place I love to shop! The size always fits perfect and I love that It has clothes for bigger people! Keep doing what you are doing! And I love the sales as well!
